Mille Guldbeck is a painter, printmaker and photographer, graduated University of Iowa, MFA 1995. Named Lois Roth Endowment Fellow for 2007 by the Fullbright affiliate American-Scandinavian Foundation, she was also the recipient of an E.D. Foundation Grant the same year. Granted awards from the Iowa Arts Council, Ohio Arts Council, and residencies including Ragdale Foundation, Jentel Foundation, Brush Creek Foundation for the Arts, Vermont Studio Center, Virginia Center for Creative Arts, Grafisk Vaerksted and Hollufgård in Denmark, GIL Artist Society, Hafnarborg Center for Culture and Art, and SIM, Iceland and Nelimarkka Museum in Finland. Work in public collections in Europe, the U.S. and Asia. Solo and group exhibitions include Nelimarkka Museum in Finland, Akureyri Art Museum in Iceland, South Bend Museum of Art in Indiana, The Neon Heater Gallery in Ohio, Artemisia Gallery and Melanee Cooper Gallery in Chicago, the University of Northern Iowa, University of Mary Washington, Georgetown College, CSPS/The Drawing Legion, Tennessee Technological University, the Samuel Morse Museum and Historic Site in New York and Toyahashi Museum in Japan. She is a Full Professor and Area Head of Painting at Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Media are limited to painting, drawing, and photography. The maximum frame size is 36 inches on the longest side. Artists are invited to submit digital images (.JPG) of up to three original works of art. All submissions must be made through the application below. The show will be promoted on the Toledo Artists' Club website and Facebook page, to the public, and to area art organizations.
All artwork must be original, completed within the last four years, and not produced in a class or workshop. Artwork that received an award in any previous exhibition at the Toledo Artists’ Club may be submitted but is not eligible for an award. The club retains the right to reject any entry it considers inappropriate or inappropriately framed. Drop off accepted entries at Toledo Artists’ Club, at the date and time given below. All entries to be displayed in the gallery must be suitably framed with acrylic glazing (no glass except for soft pastels), and ready to hang. Artwork must remain on display for the duration of the exhibit. Sawtooth hangers are not acceptable. Back labels will be provided to the artists for the accepted works. The label must be attached to the back of the framed art.

The artist should always insure their work. The Gallery Committee will handle the artwork in a professional manner. The Toledo Artists' Club is not responsible for any loss or damage to the artwork at any time during the duration of this exhibit.

The juror chosen by the Toledo Artists’ Club Board Members will select these awards:
The People's Choice Award is selected by visitors to Toledo Artists’ Club during the exhibit by voting for their favorite work of art. The artist whose work receives the most votes will receive the People's Choice Award. The winning artwork and recognition will be exhibited at the Toledo Artists' Club until December 26, 2022, announced in the September 2022 Sketchpad.
Sale of Artwork
All artwork must be for sale. The contact information of any buyer will be provided to the artist shortly after the close of the exhibit. The artist is responsible for arranging the delivery of the sold work to the purchaser. The sale price minus commission (25%) will be remitted to the artist within 30 days of the end of the show.
