To help introduce our completely renovated website, we are hosting a completely online (virtual) exhibition in time for the upcoming holidays. Members are invited to submit digital images (jpegs) of up to three original works of art; entries will be exhibited on our website from December 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021 and promoted on our Facebook page. Artwork will be available for purchase through the website. Artists will set the price for their work as usual, and the club will retain a 25% commission. It will be the artists’ responsibility to arrange delivery of sold work.
A virtual Blue Ribbon and heartfelt congratulations will be given to the artist chosen as the winner of The People’s Choice Award. Visitors to the online exhibition may vote for their three favorites after touring the show. The artist whose work receives the most votes will receive the the virtual Blue Ribbon. Encourage everyone you know to come see the show and cast their vote! We will announce the results of the voting in early February in The Sketchpad.
